How do I use HiFit?

HiFit is designed to support your daily wellness routine. Take it daily as instructed on the packaging. Consistent use delivers the best results.

When will I start noticing results?

Most customers notice improvements within 1–2 weeks. This depends on your body, lifestyle, and nutrition.

Is HiFit safe during pregnancy or when taking medication?

Always consult your doctor or pharmacist before using HiFit if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking medication.

What ingredients are in HiFit?

HiFit contains only high-quality, natural ingredients. You can find the full list on the product page.

Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

We process orders within 1–3 business days.

  • Netherlands & Belgium: 1–2 business days delivery

  • EU / UK / AU: 3–10 business days

My order says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.

Please double-check your shipping address and ask your neighbors if they accepted the package. If you still can’t find it, contact the carrier using your tracking number. If that doesn’t solve it, email our support team with your order number.

I entered the wrong address — what can I do?

Send us an email as soon as possible at support@hifit.co with the correct address. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update it.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?

Yes — unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Please contact us with your order number to receive a return label and instructions.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we’ve received and checked your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Subscriptions

How can I modify or cancel my subscription?

Log into your HiFit account and go to “Manage Subscriptions.” From there, you can pause, adjust, or cancel anytime before your next shipment.

Can I change my delivery date?

Yes, you can reschedule your delivery up to 48 hours before your next shipment.

Authenticity & Safety

How can I verify that my HiFit product is authentic?

Check the batch number printed on your packaging. You can compare it with the details on our website.

If you’re unsure, send a photo to support@hifit.co and our team will verify it for you.

My HiFit tastes a bit different this time — is that normal?

Yes. Because HiFit uses natural ingredients, slight variations in taste or color may occur between batches. The product remains equally effective and safe.
